Bison Natural Resources, LLC (“BNR”), an affiliated fund of Kuhn Capital Partners, is pleased to announce that Andy Dennison, CPA has joined as Director of Finance & Accounting for its oil and gas funds.
Andy brings more than 20 years of accounting and finance leadership experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. Throughout his career, he has managed the accounting, financial reporting, and tax-related aspects of both upstream oil and gas operators and oil and gas investment programs — from evaluating and forecasting projects and accounting for lease and property acquisitions, to budgeting and monitoring well drilling and completion, forecasting and measuring well production, and negotiating contracts for oil and gas production.
He has worked closely with management teams, investors, auditors, and tax professionals to support the financial and reporting requirements of oil and gas operators and partnerships throughout their investment lifecycle. Prior to joining BNR, Andy held accounting and finance leadership roles with Huntley & Huntley, Atlas Energy Group, and Bobcat Energy Resources.

Andy is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Geneva College.
