Andy Dennison, CPA

Andy Dennison serves as Director of Finance & Accounting for Kuhn Capital Partners’ oil and gas funds and brings more than 20 years of accounting and finance leadership experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.

Throughout his career, Andy has managed the accounting, financial reporting, and tax-related aspects of both upstream oil and gas operators and oil and gas investment programs. His experience includes evaluating and forecasting projects, accounting for lease and property acquisitions, preparing budgets for and monitoring the progress of well drilling and completion, forecasting and measuring well production, and negotiating contracts for oil and gas production. He has also worked closely with management teams, investors, auditors, and tax professionals to support the financial and reporting requirements of oil and gas operators and partnerships throughout their investment lifecycle.

Prior to joining the firm, Andy held accounting and finance leadership roles with Huntley & Huntley, Atlas Energy Group, and Bobcat Energy Resources.

Andy is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Geneva College.
